Sysadmin

System Administrator.  That is, a person who administrates the system.

This is often confused with a site admin, due to the fact that many site admins are also system admins, but there is a distinction.  A systems administrator has full control over the system (or at least, has root on a VPS), whereas a site admin could be using a managed - or even shared - hosting provider.
